Pre-Covid my wife and I used this excellent shop on a regular basis, we called in yesterday 1/7/20 for the first time since March, we arrived to find an elderly lady being spoken to very harshly by two young women with two infants in tow. The only crime that the elderly lady was committing was browsing the shelves, the two young women however seemed to be wanting to use the shop as a playground for the infants. There was a male member of staff on the shop floor, and I drew his attention to these events, but, his reply was that he didn’t really mix with customers, he then disappeared into a room at the rear of the store. We are all pressurised at this time, but I feel that staff input should be there if required.
