How do I start it is a year and half ago now since I bought a e class convertible their was jobs needed doing on it dents alloys painting reg plate fixing the sales man said don’t worry we are mercades not a back street garage it will be like new came to pick it up it was raining night time got home next morning to my horror no jobs done phoned them up as was going on hold they gave me a curtesy car while on hoiliday said they will put it right got back from hols to pick it up service centre said it is still in workshop I decided to walk around to sea car still in yard no jobs done when back in to complain service centre gets manager he apologised said he will take my car to Blackpool mercades to get jobs done 3 days later I phone Blackpool up they asked for reg of car said it was not their asked the reg of courtesy car said that is not their car then said they will phone Preston up and get back to me that night I got a call saying main manager will phone me he did he said this car is going to cost £3000 pound to repair he said I have crashed it I said I had photos of the damage of car before I bought it and said do you want me to bring them well he did not no what to say only do you want your money back I ended up getting one from Blackpool and it was fine Preston still send me deals as if I would buy a car from them

Never Buy From Marshall Mercedes Benz Preston
If I could give minus stars then I would however they are lucky 1 star is the lowest which they do not deserve. I bought a car of this dealer back in June 2016. The day I bought the car had issues with suspension so I tried to tried to give the car back within the 30 days however because I put a very expensive kit on the car to aesthically modify the car they would not cover that cost so they forced my hand to keep the car. They advertised the car as 1 owner but when the log book came I was the 3rd owner! The car has had so many issues it's unbelievable, I even had to have the passenger seat replaced at my own expense. I have been trying to sort this car for the last six months and got nowhere.
Do not buy anything from these clowns, I turned the heat up on their pathetic response which they sent me today as their defence so they used one statement from my response and said don't contact us as you have threatened us.
